ABOUT ME
I received my doctorate in School and Clinical Child Psychology (CPA accredited) in 2023. I completed my predoctoral residency at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) where I received intensive training in assessment for autism spectrum disorder, treatment for eating disorders, family therapy, and individual psychotherapy. I also trained at SickKids, the Toronto District School Board, the OISE Psychology Clinic, Family Psychology Centre, and other private practices. Prior to training as a psychologist, I received a Master’s degree in Child Study and Education from OISE/University of Toronto, during which I trained and was certified as an elementary and special education teacher.
I have training and experience in a number of evidenced-based treatments, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Solution-Focused Family Therapy, Family-Based Treatment for Eating Disorders, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, and parent management training.
